The problem

Student organizations report performance through spreadsheets stitched together by hand. Different orgs have different OKRs, different weightings, and different perspectives, so the work is hard to standardize and the numbers go stale fast.

What I built

A Laravel 11 + MySQL dashboard with a schema designed for variable OKR rules and changing weightings. The controller computes per-perspective achievement scores and a grand total across the four BSC perspectives, then persists the results per organization so progress can be tracked over time.

Impact & what I learned

Manual reporting becomes automated, comparable scoring across organizations. The interesting design problem was modeling rules that vary per organization and per period without hard-coding any of them, which pushed me to think more carefully about schema flexibility and controller responsibilities.
